ABOUT JJ'S MERCANTILE

Can we shop at JJ's if we are not staying at Sorrel River Ranch?

Absolutely-check out our bakery, have a sandwich and shop for groceries or our curated retail!

Is everything available for in-store pickup?

All items (if in stock) on our online store are available for in-store pick-up. You can email or call ahead if there is something you would like set aside for you.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

All sales are final unless damaged or defective or sized items which must have tags intact and reported to JJ’s Mercantile within 14 days of receiving the product.

If I order online when will I be charged for my order?

We will charge your card after the order has been confirmed. You will be sent an email notification including cost of purchases, tax and shipping. If an item is out of stock, you will not be charged until we receive the item and you will be notified at that time.

What to do if my order arrives damaged?

First, you must take a photo. Email the photo with your concerns. We will follow up as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

For both online orders and in the store, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

SHIPPING

How will I know my order has shipped?

As soon as we have processed your order, you will receive email confirmation which will include directions to track your shipment.
